As CEO and Founder of VIP Transformative Living LLC, I provide life-transformative coaching for mid-life Black men (and the women who love them).

🎯Weekend Recap: Intentional Living in Real Time.

Entrepreneurship isn’t all wins and clarity. Some days are heavy. But this weekend, I chose peace on purpose.

🕯️ Saturday started with incense, meditative music, and my matcha-moringa wellness drink.  

Beach walk and breakfast with my wife.  

Furniture shopping for the new home we close on next week.  

Dinner at our new favorite Jamaican vegan spot—pure vibes.


💪🏾 Sunday: massage ( in bed), gym grind, sauna, 

And yes—laundry (it relaxes me).  

My wife cooked vegan stew peas and lentils for the week.  

Then came the client text: “Need you ASAP—relationship’s on the edge.”  
I replied: “Let’s schedule a brief call later.”  

Because boundaries matter. Family matters. I matter.
