I am a high performing, experienced and enthusiastic HSEC professional. For 14 years I have been leading and developing HSEC teams and working closely with management teams to improve safety and health performance and culture. During this time, I have contributed to the success of large exploration, construction, mining (underground and open cut) and mineral processing (concentrator and smelter) operations in remote areas across Australia and Africa. I have a deep understanding of effective evidence based HSEC management processes. More importantly, I have experience successfully implementing and maintaining these systems in complex and culturally diverse operations. I value building and maintaining long term trusting relationships and enjoy working with people to get the job done. This is evident in the delivery of tangible improvement outcomes in HSEC management in the various operations I have worked in.
