If you like being comfortable, then I may not be a good connection for you. For the past 10 years, I have been the CEO of my firm RESET (formerly known as Wayne O'Neill & Associates). We specialize in helping C-Level executives who own the revenue growth strategy for their firm get "unstuck" from traditional business development and vendor sourcing strategies. I developed a proprietary methodology called The Connection Process that I honed during my 25+ years in senior business development roles in the A/E/C industry, and my firm uses that method to coach both Owner and Service Provider clients to collaboratively and creatively shape the work that helps grow long-term sustainable revenue. This method is further enhanced by our support in developing Stewardship to Equity funding solutions that attract equity for owners and broader scope for service providers. Time-and-time again, I have seen senior executives who are sitting on top of a gold mine of opportunities, and they are stuck because they can't figure out the most strategic and efficient way to shape those opportunities into revenue for their firm. And I've seen very intelligent owners of scope unsure about the best ways to engage vendors and manage their assets. Everybody wants collaboration, efficiency, and operational excellence, but struggle with piecing it all together. My firm only works with successful and experienced business people who want to "take it to the next level."
