* Delivered trendmaker.ai -- GenAI marketing image MVP -- for $15k where competitors said the final project was worth $87k. Utilized Midjourney, Chat GPT4, Huggingface. Led team of five with timezone agnosticism, and delivered in four months.
* Delivered terragentoken.io -- Crowdfunding marketplace for shared farmland. Designed smart contract in solidity, advised on partner acquisition to gain market dealer in Canada, recruited team of four. 
* Ascended in Google rankings for the up and coming trend “fractional CTO” from the basement to #2. Now, the term is informational, and everyone wants to be one.
* Landed coverstory with managehrmagazine.com/mvp-engineer. Mailing List 3,500 followers. Linkedin 4,300.
* Managed team of 25 part time contractors in every job role. Followed software, finance, marketing, strategy, analytics, security, talent.

CEO, MVP engineer

* Led team of four engineers in the company top priority initiative of generalizing our banking back end and tracking all transactions using double entry accounting. An append only database (immutable ledger), immudb was chosen.
* Designed generic state machine architecture for money flow, external webhooks, timeouts, and human intervention. Integrated with Webster Bank and collaborated with their team to shape their newly available API.

Principal Software Engineer

Wayfair

* Led team of three in broader group vision of decoupling internal customers from SQL Server direct connections. As owners of the Order database for the company, dealing with load and scaling issues had us move to an API based system. We allowed reads from a Kafka stream, and allowed writes only with direct calls to our Flask based API.
* Implemented first client of homegrown authn and authz in close coordination with platform teams. Demoed to broader group and had platform team publish generic code for other team use.

Staff Software Engineer

Adaptive Management

* Completed agile stories on backend and frontend to match mockups and new feature functionality. Implemented Google Trends datasource for the product, so users could see search traffic for relevant terms. Required a schema migration, permissioning, scalability testing, and UX.

Senior Software Engineer

Google

* Cloud Container Builder: Coded separate path for building Docker containers on large VMs. A warm pool of standard VMs was maintained for most builds, but now, special high compute builds could be requested. Provisioned VMs and maintained build state for each request.
* Zagat: Built backend server for the new Zagat iPhone app. Led the TopLists effort, which presented curated lists of restaurants by location.

L4 Software Engineer

* DCSW: Designed and implemented the network "sanity" module that gates the release of every networking switch in Google that is about to exit from a repair or QA case. Included white box and black box signals, and supported a variety of Google proprietary hardware flavors.
* DCSW: Analyzed median repair times and recurrence rates to inform policy decisions, successfully advocating for them among our internal hardware operations, network surveillance, and datacenter software (DCSW) groups.
* DCSW: Overhauled the technical solution for automated switch repair. Replaced monolithic system with a modular workflow framework, enabling greater extensibility. This included a reliable Java interface layer to RPCs provided by various teams, tolerant to job restarts and transient failure modes.

L3 Software Engineer

Harvard University

* Defined objective scoring function and built infrastructure for Longeron Shadowing competition with five remote teammates, extracting requirements from NASA. Consolidated results, reducing to a single integer score for the submission. Competition was used to save NASA millions whenever a module docked with the ISS.
* Administered experimentation on top of the crowdsourcing platform. Altered the TopCoder platform to quantify incentives for competitors. Analyzed results of competitors, variables of cash and reputation within community or NASA.

Algorithm Platform Engineer

Amazon

* Designed and optimized algorithm to fit company products into any number of possible bins. Task resembled version of the knapsack problem; first enumerated all the possible configurations of bins, then packed the boxes of product into bins as tightly as possible.
