Kapost is a super robust marketing content Operations platform, built to assist with long term marketing programs, planning and execution of projects along the way. Integrations with Salesforce enables an intelligent content management and sales enablement service, in line for your enterprise users.

In this role I was responsible for implementing Kizen’s first Customer Success system and processes, as well as managing the customer onboarding, implementation, success, and support operations for the entire company.

From sales hand-offs to success procedures, onboarding plans, service package design, procurement and implementation of customer success and knowledge technology, all the way to implementing the basics like NPS Surveys and account management task automation, this role was an opportunity of a lifetime to use my skills to help Kizen provide incredible value to their clients.

Lead a team of 30 back-of-house and front-of-house fine-dining experts. Planned, designed, and created many dishes in a french-mediterranean fusion. Then created systems for our 30 experts to sell and serve the menu of these dishes, with consistency, professionality, and love. 

Educated the entire line, from salads through fish and pasta stations, short-order and advanced preparation like fresh pasta making, butchery, and fish mongering.
