For most of my life, I have been faced with challenges pertaining to physical pain, and weight related issues. Which in itself lead to a lot of mental and emotional pain. As a Health and Wellness professional for more than 22 years now, it has been my mission and vision to move through these previously debilitating barriers, using the skills, knowledge and experience I have gained over time. And then to be able to share these insights with people who themselves are experiencing lack of quality of life, through pain. We all deserve to lead fulfilling and fruitful lives, no matter our background or to where we wish to go. Life is meant to be easy, enjoyable, and abundant. And I truly believe that with science, universal laws, and our own irrefutable desire for success and growth, together you and I can create this reality for ourselves, and our loved ones.
