HPE Software provided IT management, app dev/testing, data analytics/machine learning and security solutions. Achieved large quotas ($13M-$175M+) through rapid revenue growth all eight years in this role.

As the head of the global sales team for our largest services client - HPE Enterprise Services, I spearheaded initiatives to optimize revenue streams. Developed a subscription-based business model and custom order/fulfillment process to harmonize with our client's business framework, significantly reducing their time to profitability with new clients. These changes enabled our team to assist our client in developing new service offerings based on HPE Software solutions and a substantial increase in our share of wallet. My team's scope of responsibility encompassed the entire HPE Software portfolio, which included pivotal areas such as security and data analytics/ML for this crucial, largest global account. Through strategic direction and steadfast leadership, successfully orchestrated a tenfold increase in HPE Software's annual revenue from this client within a span of six years, achieved by consistently surpassing assigned objectives.

In FY2016, moved to lead the global sales team serving HPE Technology Services, now known as HPE Pointnext. Responsible for the entire HPE Software portfolio, the goal was to reverse the three year trend of declining revenue. Rebuilt trust and collaborated closely with Pointnext leadership to introduce new service offerings, including Flexible Capacity, which later evolved into HPE's GreenLake offering. Our concerted efforts resulted in exceeding expectations by achieving 112% of the FY2016 quota. This success not only revitalized the business but also positioned our partnership for sustained and future growth.
