As an experienced B2B sales leader selling into different industries, I am adept at identifying market trends and developing sales strategies to win new business, grow market share, and transform sales teams. Most of all, I have learned that to achieve significant and consistent success and growth you must focus on the customer – continually delivering a better service and experience today than yesterday. Additionally, as the President of the not-for-profit Melbourne Business Network, I am deeply aware of the needs of small to medium sized businesses and what it takes to cultivate and grow a community based on connectivity, collaboration, and optimism. I am extremely active across the greater Melbourne business communities to ensure that our members have access to subject matter experts in a variety of disciplines to support their personal and business growth. My advocacy of and insights on the Melbourne business community - especially small business during the height of COVID - has led to requests for media interviews and appearances. Most of all, I am a C-suite business leader who is passionate about kicking goals, problem solving and working with others who also want to achieve success, deliver phenomenal experiences for their customers and create an exceptional and trusted brand. My journey now continues with Coraggio who provides peer based advisory board services to privately owned businesses. This service of "fearless objective advice" - which by its design provides more robust insights than business coaching or mentoring alone - has proved invaluable to owners who navigate the challenges of scaling, governance, strategic implementation, operational efficiencies and accountability.
