Focusing on data governance and stewardship communities, process simplification, data management as a engineering fundamental, policies and tooling/services/platforms (metadata (catalog), master data and data quality) for Microsoft enterprise utilization.

Enterprise Information Management & Digital Transformation Strategies

Managed the Cloud and Enterprise AI & Insights Data Governance and Management team.   Focused on talent recruitment, team development and retention.  Cross-functional Data Governance  strategy, data alignment, certification, discovery, access control, privacy and data quality efforts.  This includes an SLT Data Governance Council and data stewardship community focused on data alignment, policies and tooling/services (metadata (catalog), master data and data quality) for the Cloud + Enterprise organization.   Also managed big data and analytics team BizOps/Dev Ops team supporting server patching, deployments, access requests, customer facing KB's and self-help material, organization KPI's and KRI's, scrum's and planning processes.

Azure Cloud Intelligence Information Management & Strategy Sr. Manager

Responsible for Engineering Fundamentals across Data Platform Group in the Cloud and Enterprise division.  This included cross-team development and collaboration, architecture design, process improvement, strategic planning, driving v-teams and various working groups, defining best practices x-service, training, designing a self-service tool for fundamental deliverable tracking, audits, compliance, security, incident management, etc..
