In 2017, after 10+ years as a freelance writer, editor, and indexer, I took a detour into the world of Customer Success. I was working as an independent contractor for a Sales Training and Technology company, writing and editing content for sales. I moved into the role of Customer Success Manager and eventually became Manager of Customer Success. During those five years, I also managed a team of writers and the content writing, editing, and quality assurance processes for that component of the business. I learned volumes about Customer Success, Relationship Management, SaaS, and Sales Training - all of which inform the work I do today, creating and improving content. I loved my time in customer success and relationship management, but writing, editing, and consulting with companies and individuals around their content needs and professional presence is what I do best and enjoy most. And that’s how Editorial Strategists came about - to provide organizations and individuals with the content they need to amplify their brands and attract their target audience. In my free time, you can find me exploring the beautiful Southcoast of Massachusetts with my husband, advocating for senior dogs, or watching Ted Lasso (again).
