As a Sales & Marketing Director, I ensure the sales team receives quality leads through marketing and data analysis of KPI's and I also organize and optimize the sales team to increase sales, year over year. I do this by managing dashboards that are easy to analyze and allow for multi-department collaboration to determine the best course of action. I also train and collaborate with the sales team to ensure the CRM workflows have as little friction as possible. I have spent the past 10 years learning about CRM implementation and customization to produce the right content and context to nurture leads. In the future, I would love to see how those efforts can scale and be a part of a strong team using innovation and best practices to ensure the sales team has solid inbound and outbound leads using CRM Marketing to exceed goals.
