•	Operating and sales supervision over 7 markets
•	Supporting regional sales, identification of customer needs and market opportunities, recommendation on existing product lines extensions and development of new ones

•	Leader and coaching for 7 Country Managers. Management of the CEE sales staff in terms of: recruitment, training and development, goals setting, performance appraisal, career and succession planning
