During my time with Lord Hastings, I engaged in various social impact initiatives and projects. A few of these include helping inmates rehabilitate at Swaleside prison, authoring an integration guide for the BecomingX Foundation's refugee support app, creating an on-demand leadership certification template for BecomingX Education, contributing to Ukraine's reconstruction strategy at the Windsor Castle Return and Rebuild event, and organizing UN Sustainable Development Goals-focused leadership workshops for One Young World.

Stephen R. Covey Leadership Center

The Stephen R. Covey Leadership Center is committed to fostering principled leaders of character and competence, driving positive societal impact. My involvement spanned various pivotal roles, including instructing undergraduates and inmates on "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People." As a program developer, I initiated a strengths-based coaching program benefiting 250 students, collaborated with local schools for leadership workshops, and organized events like the global leadership case competition. My graphic design skills also contributed to marketing efforts through visually engaging materials.

Leader.org is a non-profit enabling K-12 schools to implement the Leader in Me program, based on Dr. Stephen R. Covey's The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, fostering student leadership skills. In my role as fundraising manager, I hired and trained a team of university interns to launch the Lead-a-thon fundraiser across 25 schools and secured additional funding through grant research and proposals.
