•	Developed and managed the local store marketing initiatives, action plans and budget for 40 restaurants in Texas. Served as the liaison between corporate marketing and field partners.
•	Worked directly with regional operations and franchisees to drive traffic, roll out of national programs, provide marketing consultation and teach grass roots marketing tactics.
•	Managed and trained brand ambassador teams. Created trackable assets for teams to distribute. Oversaw and coordinated schedule of food drops to local businesses and organizations.  
•	Collaborated with agencies and marketing teams to develop specific marketing action plans and initiatives. Managed local agency partnership included local PR, new restaurant openings and geo targeted social media advertising and contest. 
•	Responsible for tracking and evaluating local store marketing results
•	Tasked with special projects that had system-wide scope. Including the creation of our first local store marketing portal for national use allowing restaurants to create and order LSM assets for community outreach within their DMA. 
•	Part of new restaurant grand openings including planning event activities, coordinating Friends & Family events, PR and pre and post opening marketing plans.
•	Revitalized in-store fundraising program to successfully bring in 200 events and $100k in additional sales.
