Gaining experience across different sectors during my gap year was crucial for me. On to an e-commerce giant 🟠 🏃🏻‍♀️

- Led the built of Shopee's first design system managed on Sketch's cloud
- Spearheaded the up-skilling of designers in Shopee to adopt a component cloud library
- Planned the first design and development sharing in Shopee aimed at building a cohesive relationship between designers and developers, reducing bug fixing and development times through usage of reusable components

Continued my journey with IRIS in London with a star studded team 🇬🇧 Having the experience of seeing the UX team being a strategic partner in many client relationships.

Conducted strategic user research for:
 - An electronics giant aimed at improving information retention of frontline sales personnel in order 
 to increase sales by improving sales personnel to product ratio
- A F&B giant on successful onboarding for new and existing hires, aimed at improving turn over rates

Loved the fast pace environment of an agency! Continued my gap year journey with IRIS technology focused team that experimented with AR, VR and any new alternative technology.

Led the UX storytelling of a AR educational project for a major diabetes healthcare product provider

Ogilvy & Mather

My first pitstop during my gap year, transitioning from engineering system development, data analytics to UX Design. Interned in Ogilvy's UX and technology team.

- Built a web audit tool that is used as a new product offering for the sales team as an additional revenue stream
- Co-conducted 80+ user interviews, aggregated user insights within a week and formulate new product designs that improved product usability for a HRP government system
- Led the overhaul of a client's website, from information architecture to content strategy.

BonAppetour

- Wrote and published over 30 unique pieces of online content aimed at building rapport between BonAppetour’s audience and travellers all around the world 
- Managed the start up’s digital marketing efforts through a meticulous use of key words that raised viewership and participation on the company’s website with a 4x increase in views per week
