Ruby Receptionists

As a Senior AE, I achieved the core functions of the Account Executive role, while working directly with management on projects, additional trainings, and additional responsibilities to support fellow reps and departmental goals. 

• Achieved and maintained 135% of average monthly targets while taking on a 20% higher quota. 
• Monitored and worked after hours sales leads.

As a receptionist at Ruby, I was the first impression for over 1,000 small businesses.  I created amazing experiences for these businesses by being friendly, professional, tone matching, and treating each call as a new experience to brighten someone's day. 

• Fielded 300+ calls daily for our small business clients, mastering the ability to multitask while creating relationships by tone matching, listening to caller’s needs and using my best judgement.
