•	Responsible for the delivery process improvement projects under agreed time scales
•	Engage with key stakeholders from across the business including Senior Management, Project Managers, Change Delivery Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Operation Managers, External Contractors and Risk to understand the scope and detail of a project
•	Research business areas and work streams to understand how an operation is working and impact assess how a change will affect both colleagues and customers
•	Present ideas and documentation to different areas of the business with the view gaining sign off on a change
•	Produce process and training documentation to aid implementation of an operational change
•	Work closely with colleagues to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and follow a consistent approach
•	Provide update reports to senior management on the progress of a project and highlight any issues
•	Adhere to a governance framework and drive delivery of improvement through the Change community
•	Set up meetings to work through issues, deadlines and agendas

-       Deputy Team Manager.
−	Providing feedback and training to complaint case handlers. 
−	Grading case handlers with supporting justification.
−	Understanding of risk management practices.
−	Excellent Excel skills; Comfortable using functions such as pivot tables and V-Lookups.
−	Providing advice and expertise following the investigation of customer complaints, ensuring comprehensive resolution of all cases.  Adhering to regulatory procedures and services.
−	Compile weekly lists of common errors and mistakes.
−	Responsible for quality issues for a team of Case Handlers and holding weekly team meetings.
−	Preparing process update reports for senior management.

Quality Assurance

*       Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Customer complaints operating system.
*	Calculate and redress loan payment protection insurance on behalf of Lloyds TSB.
*	Following the company procedures and calculation guidelines according to the FCA.
*	Information gathering, investigating customer records, analysis of Statements, customer contact history, complete product analysis for appropriate findings and observations.
*	Assessing and analysing information about loan accounts of Lloyds customers to resolve and reconcile claims.
*	Issuing the offer letter to the customer after performing  the calculations to inform about the final offer.   
*	Ability to work daily to demanding targets.
*	High pressure environment.
*	Requires high attention to detail.
*	Relies upon excellent IT knowledge and skills. Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint.
*	Exception Written and verbal communication.

* Organise, administer and oversee national venue maintenance support.  
* Process reconciliation payments between J D Wetherspoon and maintenance contractors. 
* Requires numerical accuracy and attention to financial detail. 
* Experienced in WISDOM payment system.

* Regular contact with Venues and Contractors. 
* Written and verbal communication. 
* Manage and update active job database.
