Hello There… My name is Will and I am currently a Principal Design & Product Recruiter & part-time 🐪 Herder @ SR2 🌎 Socially Responsible Recruitment - Certified B Corp®🪴♻️, based in London 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 . I've been working in recruitment for over 5 years now and I have worked on a lot of different roles in technology for a wide variety of companies. Right now, I’m doing what I do best, making new friends in the design and product space, finding them amazing opportunities for companies that align with the values we strive for at SR2 - essentially it’s businesses that are looking to give back to the community and make a positive impact on the world and the people that live in it. 😍 But who are you really Will?! 🤔  Well, I work in recruitment because I truly believe that businesses are only as good as the people who work for them. 🙏🏼 I have a real passion for helping both candidates and clients alike through the whole recruitment journey and supporting them through the challenges they may face whilst trying to squash the negative preconception of recruiters by being an honest and reliable human. 🕺🏻 When not at work, I follow sports teams like Man United, and Harlequins and will watch the England football, rugby, and cricket teams avidly whenever they are playing. When there is no sport on I’ll either be nerding out watching LOTR, Star Wars, or any of the Marvel films on repeat.
