I provide leadership and guide operations for a company whose SaaS platform connects customers with sellers of aircraft parts. My role includes creating and implementing strategies that drive growth and support company goals. I also manage the technology infrastructure and oversee development and dissemination of technology for external customers, vendors, and clients. Finally, I build successful onboarding programs, customer support programs, and omni-channel campaigns that align the entire customer experience. 

HIGHLIGHTS:

• I increased efficiency in the aerospace part supply industry by creating and designing a SaaS solution that is integrated with all major marketplaces and uses AI to automate the quoting process.

• I grew the business by 600% within one year of the initial SaaS product launch and increased sales by building fruitful partnerships in the Aerospace industry.

• I drove and supported hyper-growth of the SaaS platform by redesigning the entire technological stack and business model.

• I increased annual reoccurring revenue by negotiating and implementing deals with major part distributors for eCommerce portals supporting all major airlines.

I launched and led a successful company that created custom software solutions for business clients by providing full-stack development using both server and serverless technologies. I also created, implemented, and led technology strategy for startups and other customers. By recruiting top talent, I was able to build a high-performing technology team that included managers and technologists. Company projects included prototype software for an ultra-long-range business jet manufacturer, an AWS-based cloud solution for IoT devices that uses vision technology to determine animal weight, and technical due diligence to support M&A activities. 

HIGHLIGHTS:

• I generated Series A and private equity investments for businesses by building products using MEAN and MERN stacks.

• I created an innovative property management software solution for the commercial real estate industry that has been adopted by leading brands such as Kimco, DLC, and Brixmor.

• I designed and delivered a data-driven SaaS solution for a candidate sourcing startup; this solution is now used by recruiters for Fortune 500 companies that include Walmart and Verizon.

• I closed deals to create mobile software solutions used by a private jet OEM and one of the nation’s busiest airports. 

• I guided numerous startup clients to long-term success by developing solutions that played a key role in raising capital and growing businesses.

• I rescued numerous companies’ software projects by implementing engineering rigor that reduced downtime and refactoring.

Gulfstream Aerospace

I controlled a $3M annual budget while serving as a subject matter expert on interactive media, customer relationship management, and online marketing strategies. I owned media strategy and managed media buyers to execute online advertising and out-of-home plans.  Additionally, I hired, mentored, and oversaw a creative team that developed multi-platform interactive marketing communications targeting Fortune 500 audiences. I also chaired the Customer Relationship Management Team and provided key information to various internal teams. I won 7 Gold Addy awards, 5 Silver Addy awards, and 2 Bronze Telly awards for my work at Gulfstream Aerospace, and I was also a four-time Stevie Award finalist.

I was initially hired as a senior aircraft technician in 1999 but was soon promoted to a web producer role and then assumed the Senior Manager position in 2000.

HIGHLIGHTS:

• I received the General Dynamics Technology Achievement Award for building the first purpose-built iPad application for pilots in the business jet industry.

• I increased aircraft service sales revenue and technical subscription renewals by designing and implementing the company’s first initial direct marketing and Enterprise Marketing Management system.

• I improved interactive marketing effectiveness by creating and implementing processes, metrics, and feedback loops to assess performance and worldwide impact.

• I obtained $4.2M in funding to replace the existing CRM system with an enterprise CRM system.

• I generated funding and directed the design process for IBM’s WebSphere portal, which replaced Gulfstream’s custom-coded customer portal and intranet; the project was completed under budget.
