I earned three years of teaching experience in GEMS Winchester with flexibility handling primary students as a homeroom class teacher and shifted to the secondary level as a creative art teacher. Currently, I am teaching in a government school under the American curriculum handling art subject. Supported the low-ability students to achieve expected outcomes and challenged the high-ability students to be independent individuals. Passionate and highly effective with success in instructional strategies to develop students' academic skills and raise test scores. I consistently delivered quality lessons with good to outstanding feedback from the head of the department and the rest of the senior leader team. Moreover, I am a member of the planning team for extracurricular activities and other schoolwide programs such as assemblies, exhibitions, performances and school improvements such as decorations and corridor beautification. My professional skills in photography and videography helped the school’s news letter publication more meaningful and substancial. Below are the highlights of my journey as a dynamic teacher under the British curriculum in Dubai. 1. Excellent lesson planning skills for engaging and meaningful lesson plans with the use of a focus strategy. 2. Effective resources for diverse levels of students: from lower ability, middle and higher ability students. 3. My flexible and dynamic demonstration skills that the lower-ability students will be guided and confident to work creatively. I am very passionate about demonstrating the basic skills of sketching, color theory, painting techniques, and other relevant skills in academics such as: Creative writing, maths calculation and experimentation. I have pre-recorded videos prepared to support my students' project-making. 4. Effective teaching approach to AEL students such as intervention program, interactive learning games and scaffolding. 5. leadership and coordinatorship skills that can bring the team more productive and engaging. I was assigned as the art coordinator and member of the event planning for the school event's decorations and physical setup. 6. My excellent communication skills with parents via email to address issues and send them support when needed, and positive relationships towards colleagues and students.
