Job roles include:
Ensuring that all targets are achieved.
Working closely with the manager analysing figures to ensure that we hit profit every month.
Working closely with the sales team on a daily basis to ensure that I maximise Letting opportunities with Buy to Let investors.
Canvassing.
Door knocking.
Booking MA's .
Carrying out MA's to achieve instructions. 
Negotiating fees with our Landlords.
Carrying out viewings. 
Negotiating between prospective Tenants and current Landlords.
Drawing up agreements and other tenancy related paperwork.
Holding morning meetings.
Uploading properties on to our systems and property portals.
Training new staff.
Developing new and innovative marketing material.
