•	Developing and closing cloud, workplace, and unified communications sales 
•	Assigned to the Telstra “Next Generation Growth” program to develop managed cloud sales enablement training for the Telstra Enterprise sales teams (around 350 sales team members)
•	Product development of Cloud Services sales collateral and sales battle cards for Telstra

Responsible for all services delivered by a team of 20+ IT consultants.
Main area of focus for the business is the delivery of complex cloud solutions based upon vmware, Palo Alto, Azure, AWS and Netapp cloud solutions

Professional Services Manager

Monash University

Responsible for the implementing and managing the Google App delivery capability for Monash. 
Leading a team of developers to produce digital applications for Monash staff

Senior Product Manager

Responsible for IT service delivery to the  Research Administration function at Monash. 
The main focus of the role was the delivery of high quality IT services to the Monash research Office and Graduate Services departments.
 
The role covered all aspects of service delivery from day to day operational delivery,  to running service improvement initiatives and managing the transition components of agile project delivery.

Service Delivery Manager

NetApp

Worked as a Services Engagement Manager for the NetApp Cloud Services and State Government teams. Responsible for managing IT services engagements from sale to completion: Key responsibilities were:

•	Analyzing business and technical solution requirements, positioning and pricing services solutions to meet those requirements and creating detailed services contracts, project plans,  statements of work and support plans to deliver the services solution
•	Providing customer engagement and delivery management oversight for complex systems integration engagements 
•	Developing and refining  processes to improve the quality and cost effectiveness of project delivery
•	Running bid management (RFI/ RFP) for the NetApp Victorian Government and Cloud Service Provider sales teams
•	Managing 3rd party product and services vendors in the delivery of complex technical solutions to enterprise customers

Engagement Manager

Dell EMC

Transferred into the Managed Service division of EMC to work on the Westpac “Storage Infrastructure as a Service” contract. The total contract value of this service was approximately $75 million over 5 years

Responsible for leading a large team of operational support and services staff in the delivery of operational services and associated projects in line with the Service Level Agreements of the overall Westpac outsourcing contract.

Key responsibilities of the role included:

•	Building and leading a large  team to deliver operational and project services
•	Financial responsibility for the  management of operational budgets and customer billing
•	Service level management to ensure that all services were delivered in accordance with the contracted SLA’s and KPI’s
•	Monthly service and financial reporting to EMC and Westpac executive teams
•	Leading, other vendor and Westpac teams to redesign existing delivery processes as part of      Continuous Service Improvement programs
•	Ownership of all ITIL processes as they related to the tier 1 infrastructure, including Service 
•	Development of the methods and process to undertake a large  infrastructure migration program including development of roles, responsibilities, program governance and reporting

Delivery Manager for EMC Global Services, managing a team of Project Managers, Solution Architects and Implementation Engineers to deliver infrastructure and software  solutions to customers. Key responsibilities of the role included; 

•	Managing and developing a team of delivery staff, engaged in delivering complex systems integration and infrastructure implementation projects
•	Managing customer relationships on behalf of the EMC professional services organisation
•	Managing the delivery of all professional services to defined service and profitability metrics
•	Program level oversight of the projects delivered by the services team
•	Reporting for financial compliance and service level metrics
•	Delivering improvements to the project delivery methodology utilising LEAN 6 Sigma techniques
•	Scoping and pricing infrastructure delivery projects, developing delivery services and creating/validating services statements of work

Service Delivery Manager - Professional Services

Worked for the Managed Services Group in EMC (UK) and performed this role on multiple Managed Servies customers including a large managed services contract for Cap Gemini Europe. The project provided utility priced infrastructure services to Cap Gemini Europe who then on-sold the services to end user customers Key responsibilities of the role included:

Accountability for Service Delivery for Managed Services customers
Management of the project delivery teams implementing and transitioning the new infrastructure components
Analysis of customer business requirements and delivering service components to meet those requirements
Program and project level reporting for delivery of the core infrastructure and systems management solutions
Design of common operational process for the management of Infrastructure as a Services ( IaaS)
