In 2001, the company launched its very successful DRICORE Subfloor product, a floating subfloor manufactured with a high density polyethylene moisture barrier, that allows concrete floors to breathe and is a solution to basement moisture problems. 

>Managed a territory of 80+ retail locations which included Lowe’s and Home Depot across three states - PA, NJ, and DE. 
>Built and managed relationships with Regional Merchants and Store Management across both retailers. 
>Called on general contractors, real estate developers, engineers, and architects selling AGT related products. 
>Sold in new products, placement, and additional inventory to Regional Merchants at the retail corporate level. 
>Activated new products at the individual store level by selling through Regional Merchants. 
>Grew territory YOY by 7% in the first eight months of starting, which amounted to $232K. 
>Grew territory YOY by 10%, which amounted to $400K in 2020. 
>Grew territory YOY by 2.5%, which amounted to $634K in 2021.
