I moved to Singapore during the pandemic, after living and working in America, to keep exploring new cultures around the World both professionally and personally. SG offers the perfect base to explore both. I transitioned out of being an chartered accountant in London to find more commercial experience. I began with a (failed) lead generation start-up, became a headhunter and then ran one and co-founded two more recruitment businesses. From 2021 I have been on the management and sales side of each business, which led me to 1000 Steps, as I was a client and then we were partners in a joint-venture together, before I joined the team full-time. With 1000 Steps, we've iterated and optimised to offer a fractional lead generation model, developed for the salespeople within 1000 Steps and later input into our clients' businesses.
