With over 10 years of senior executive experience in the banking sector, I am a seasoned leader with a passion for delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer value, operational efficiency, and risk management. As the Chief Executive Officer and Country Head of Rabobank UK, I am responsible for developing and executing the UK strategy and operations of one of the world's leading cooperative banks, with a focus on food and agribusiness. I am driven by Rabobank's mission to create a better world for future generations, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked across multiple jurisdictions and risk domains. In my current role, I oversee the full service operation of c.600 staff covering commercial activity, operations, support areas, and providing global, regional, and local coverage. I also lead the UK organisation's transition from being the leadership and administrative hub of a standalone Europe Region to being one of the key markets within the global Rabobank network. I leverage my advanced risk management skills, acquired from my previous roles as the Chief Risk Officer for Europe and the Head of European Risk Monitoring, to ensure that the UK operation is compliant, resilient, and sustainable. I have extensive leadership experience working as an individual in teams, leading teams and leading teams of teams in local, regional and global contexts and across multiple functions.
