WRK2GROW has been incorporated as an extension of the work done since 2009 under the WG Management banner.  We continue to provide fractional leadership, administrative, and operational mangement services in the areas of finance, human resources, information technology, administration and procurement, marketing, strategy, and leadership development. Our typical clients have not yet reached the point where they can afford a full time senior team of administrative professionals and we act as an intermediary fractional resource for our clients to access a team that understands how to help professionals compete, grow, and achieve previously unattainable objectives within their specific industry.

Unfortunately, the US Parent, Katerra Inc., filed for Bankruptcy protection in May 2021 which resulted in this position being eliminated.  

MGA is a global architecture firm from Vancouver with a focus on innovative wood and carbon-neutral building. The firm was recognized by the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada as 2021 Firm of the Year in Canada, and as 2021 Firm of the Year in North America by the Architizer A+ Awards. 

Initially, the COO position was created, in part, to help navigate the relationship between MGA and its US parent company Katerra, and to offload many of the administrative and operational tasks from the Principals.  With the unfortunate demise and bankruptcy of the US Katerra operations, the duties and responsibilities related to the COO role drastically reduced and the position was eliminated.

The PDG Pediatric Dental Group provides pediatric dental services for infants, children, and adolescents as well as orthodontic services for children, teenagers, and adults.  The role of Director of Operations has been created to structure the operations (Accounting and Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Facilities, Marketing, and Clinical Operations) so as to improve our ability to provide the highest level of dental services and oral health to our patients and clients and to ensure long term health of the business.

The CEO is responsible for all strategic and functional operations including creating and executing the firm vision in concert with the Board of Directors, lawyer recruitment, and five direct reports from the finance, information technology, marketing, human resources, and administration departments.

Serving in a senior capacity as a strategic leader for large regional, national, and internationally affiliated professional organizations (health care, law, architecture), I have led and driven these diverse organizations to higher levels of successes.

OPERATIONS: Having earned Master's Degrees in the Social Sciences and Business Administration, combined with and applied to over 20 years of senior management experience, I have acquired a unique understanding of Business Intelligence tools, and Key Performance Indicators that create an environment of “evidence-based” decision making. Through systematic utilization of these tools, I can effectively evaluate the needs of the organization and capitalize on uncovered opportunities.
