Reporting into the CRO and leading a team of 6, our audiences includes all client facing teams (Acquisition, Growth, Implementation & Retention) within Ada and external Ada Partners. Working to mature the enablement organization & operations while driving consistent ramp & attainment in both the mid-market & enterprise segments.

Sr. Manager, Revenue Enablement

Reporting into the Head of Sales, I was Ada's first Enablement hire and focused on Sales Enablement, while building out our technology and programs in preparation for scale. As with the rest of the world a pivot to virtual became priority and design & delivery of sales focused programming became priority.

Manager, Revenue Enablement

Go Ahead Tours provides guided group travel experiences to those looking to not only vacation, but experience a destination. Canadian team launched in 2015. Reporting to the VP Sales, I was leading a team of 9 sales & customer experience reps working in a B2C capacity. 

•	Implemented new strategy for pipeline management and lead nurturing 
•	Introduction of sales process and coaching contributing to an overall increase in lead conversion
•	Designed & delivered their first ever onboarding program
•	Designed & delivered their first ever Sales Craft coaching program
•	Launched new compensation model and achieved targets for 4 consecutive months following launch
•	Partnered with Marketing & VP Sales to host & curate client events

National Sales Manager - Go Ahead Tours

EF Educational Tours partners with teachers and school boards to provide students with educational travel experiences linked directly to the curriculum. Reporting into the President I was responsible for increasing the efficiency of our B2B sales teams. With over 500 offices across over 50 countries, partnering across our US headquarters and our European offices was central to the role.

•	Facilitation & Training Design - Sales Excellence: working across multiple departments I designed and facilitated informational and tactical training in both our Canadian and US Headquarters

•	Onboarding - Sales Excellence: working with Sales Directors and other key stakeholders we rebuilt the program which led to an increase in employee retention after 90 days. 

•	Coaching & Strategy - Sales: providing real-time & consistent call coaching to identify key areas of focus and team progression.  Design and delivery of custom workshop's to support the skill development needs of each team leading to and increase in overall attainment and company growth.

•	Sales & Leadership Career Development: Design and launch of the Canadian Entrepreneurial Sales Development Program. A 3-year career plan designed to support managers in tracking growth and empower the sales team to own their development. This contributed to an overall retention and increased sales efficiency, increased manager effectiveness and overall team development and career growth.

•	Sales Recruiting: working with the Recruitment & Employee Development Team, I supported sourcing and interviewing talent through leading open house events,  interviewing (resume, phone screen, interview) and negotiation of offers.

Sales Trainer - Educational Tours

Canadian Professional Sales Association

The CPSA works to enhance the sales community through a comprehensive offering of professional development courses as well as a collection of corporate and lifestyle benefits from travel discounts to sales & training resources.

- Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, and overseeing 2 coordinators, I managed a portfolio of over 1000 partners and grew revenue from $80,000 to $1.2 million.
- Managed all advertising sales, creative deadlines and marketing revenue from partners and external advertisers with individual contracts up to $80,000.
- Successfully prospecting to add over 400 new hotels to the portfolio
- Grew existing partnership revenue from 10% - 200% through the creation of custom advertising solutions
- Spearheaded the launch of the USA hotel program & CPSA meeting space program which included the prospecting of participants within our hotel partner network, creation of collateral, education of partners and implementation of a new meeting space RFP platform.
- Design & delivery of training to drive partner sales with Account Executives.

Manager,  Member Benefits (Bilingual)

Working closely with the Director of Sales & Member Benefits I supported the department restructure and revival of partnerships. 

- Successfully grew partner revenue 40% in 10 months.
- Designed & delivered partner onboarding.
- Implementation of custom RFP software and successfully managed 1000+ RFPs
- Supported contract negotiation, upsell & renewal.
- Designed & delivered sales training on partnerships to Account Executives.
- Supported launch & implementation of new CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Managed advertising sales & creative deadlines

National Account Manager, Benefits (Bilingual)

- Maintained an 80% renewal rate within a book of 500 accounts
- Successfully drove a shift from B2C to B2B prospecting in French Canada

📣 Hot take: Your slides are the symbol of what you stand for as a rep - and what your company stands for too.

🧠 Think about your personal brand. You wouldn't show up late, underdressed, or unprepared. Those things matter because they shape how customers see you: credible, consistent, reliable.

Your slides are the same thing. They're what gets left behind when you're not in the room.

If your personal brand and your company's brand aren't aligned in your presentation, people notice. And if you can't get formatting right or take time to check spelling, what you're really communicating is: "I'm not reliable. I'm not consistent."

I used to think this stuff didn't matter. "They care about the solution, not whether my bullets align."

❌ Wrong.

Because here's the thing - if I'm trusting you to roll out software across my entire team, I need to know you sweat the details. Your slides - how you handle your first shot when the stakes are lower - are proof of how you work.

Now I spend 10 extra minutes making sure everything's clean before I hit send. Brand template, spellcheck, proper formatting.

Those 10 minutes communicate more about partnership potential than any pitch - they demonstrate how you'll care for the customer's business.
Your slides speak for you when you're not there. Make sure they're saying the right things.
