As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), I oversee Zoeller Company’s marketing and sales operations across all divisions, driving strategies to grow revenue, expand global and eCommerce sales channels, and strengthen partnerships. My role balances strategic vision with hands-on leadership, advancing the company’s goals for sustainable growth.  I work closely with the CEO and division leaders to enhance Zoeller’s market presence, develop innovative strategies, and maintain its reputation for quality and reliability.

➤ Develop and execute long-term strategies to drive revenue growth across all divisions.
➤ Expand Zoeller’s global sales channels and optimize its eCommerce presence.
➤ Strengthen key relationships, including partnerships with major merchandising accounts and retail at various levels. Identify new, scalable opportunities in adjacent markets.

➤ Define and implement data-driven marketing strategies that enhance Zoeller’s brand reputation and align with its values of integrity and quality.
➤ Oversee marketing initiatives that balance traditional approaches with innovative digital strategies to connect with diverse audiences.

Leadership and Collaboration
➤ Inspire and lead Zoeller’s seasoned marketing and sales teams, fostering collaboration across divisions to align with company objectives.
➤ Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.

Operational Excellence
➤ Establish and monitor performance metrics for sales and marketing operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

➤ Collaborate with senior executives and field leadership to design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets, generating innovative ideas to promote the BFS brand and our products.
➤ Create product marketing campaigns to support company initiatives, such as READY-FRAME™ and BFS Digital Tools. Collaborate with the marketing team, sales purchasing managers and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target customers.

➤ Lead cross-functional teams, collaborating on various projects across multiple stakeholders and contributors, including graphic designers, videographers, operations, marketing and PR firms and agencies, promotional groups, printers and industry associations.
➤ Lead and manage major corporate promotions and sponsorships, including experiential marketing, events, and loyalty programs.
➤ Assist in the planning and execution of large corporate events, including driving supplier sponsorships and managing third-party providers.
