I didn’t grow up around wealth. I didn’t grow up around real estate. What I did grow up around was hard work. At 9 years old, I was sweeping floors in my dad’s barbershop. I was the first in my family to graduate high school. I started college but dropped out to help support my family. Life wasn’t linear it was real. I’ve worked in healthcare taking care of people with disabilities. I’ve run small businesses junk removal, used appliances and single family flips. I’ve been broke. I’ve been burned out. But I kept showing up. Every chapter taught me something. In 2022, I discovered multifamily real estate and everything shifted. Not overnight. But step by step. Today, I’m the Chief Growth Officer at Diversified Equity Partners. I co-own 187+ rental units and help manage over $17 million in real estate. And most importantly I’m a proud girl dad to three amazing daughters. They’re my why behind everything I build.
