Have you ever thought about investing in real estate but didn’t know where to start? My name is Willie Henriquez . I founded WV Capital Holdings to provide busy professionals (like you) access to vetted, cash-flowing real estate investing opportunities that are not only recession-proof, but also provide above average returns at very little risk. There are countless paths to follow when investing in real estate, but which is the most rewarding? Which is most efficient with your money, or more importantly, your time? Do you try flipping houses and gamble your finances on a project without any guarantee of success? My story is a unique one, and I’m here to share it with you. I’m a born entrepreneur and caught the real estate “bug” at age 9 nine year old. I used to walk to my dads barbershop and sweep chairs for $1 to five dollars. During covid was when I purchased my first single family flip. It was a nightmare because I tried to do on my own with no experience. After this I went on to build a portfolio of 133+ rental units in the US while simultaneously launching multiple businesses including continuing SFR home-flipping, junk removal company, and used appliance business. I started investment company from scratch to start buying larger assets with investors and partners because I knew it will take longer to scale a single family portfolio. In 2022, I founded WV Capital Holdings. Since I grew the company to $13+ of multifamily AUM in the state of Texas. I’m commonly asked what I would recommend to new investors or busy professionals that would like to move away from Wall Street and begin investing in real estate. My answer is always the same, and an emphatic one, “start passively investing in multifamily properties.” Passive investing in real estate allows individuals to diversify their portfolios with much less risk involved. Through passive investing, busy professionals have the opportunity to earn lucrative returns that are recession-resistant, save on taxes, reach financial freedom and create a legacy asset that can be passed on - all without the headache of being a landlord.
