Northstar

During my time at Northstar, I helped craft and inform strategy around six key product initiatives, working closely with product and engineering to ensure efficient workflows that hit KPIs. This work also required close management of the Design System and updating tokens as-needed. I also presented a unique branding opportunity for Northstar that further reinforced its brand and product promise while positioning the company to grow in consumer equity as it continues to establish itself in the market.

Togather

Togather is the premium community engagement platform for churches. As Head of Product and Design and Cofounder, I helped develop the product vision, strategy, and designed the ecosystem spanning web app, browser tools, and native iOS app. This vast and complex platform had specific goals of modernizing a lagging industry while solving big problems for multiple user profiles. I have managed  the Togather through build and public launch, and the team has enjoyed high morale and a consistent quality output at a pace everyone is proud of.

Bonfire

Bonfire is a link-in-bio community and business tool for Creators. I worked with the founding team to rebrand the company, and craft product strategy and design that would stand out in a crowded space and position Bonfire to be a bridge to help transition creators to Web3 technologies. Through research, I discovered how Bonfire would stand out, and crafted a user journey that helped everyday users understand Web3.

Even Financial is a B2B fintech transforming how people search, compare, and get recommended for financial products. I had the unique privilege of transforming Even’s Design culture to a system and team rooted in leadership, productive process, and measurably better both quantitatively and qualitatively. I also spearheaded a radical new vision for their financial platform which increased customer comprehension and performance.
