Enhanced communications and email campaigns strategies, expanded social media presence, had the firm’s blog recognized as a Top 100 Leadership blog, drove an ongoing webinar series, and developed highly successful co-marketing partnerships (Training Industry Inc., The Human Capital Institute, HRPS, and SmartBrief). 

Also led thought leadership campaigns for Forum’s most recent books, 'Strategic Speed' (Harvard Business Press) and 'Forum’s Principles of Learning'. Led a marketing automation platform implementation and streamlined marketing processes and dashboard reporting. Collaborated with Partners of a 700-person global management consulting firm to develop the firm’s marketing strategies and support the firm's comprehensive global rebranding effort. Introduced disciplined best practices for annual marketing planning and budgeting, integrated vertical and horizontal marketing strategies, ROI impact analysis, and co-marketing partnerships. 

Managed the U.S. Practice and Industry Marketing team responsible for annual marketing strategy and execution for 14 major industry sectors. Included thought leadership strategy, conferences, speaking engagements, direct mail and email campaigns, webinars, digital marketing, industry associations and partnerships, PR & media relations. 

Thought leadership marketing initiatives included partnership with The Economist Intelligence Unit, the formation of the PRTM Center for Operational Strategy and Innovation, founding of the the In-Building Wireless Alliance, and the publication of PRTM’s books 'Strategic Supply Chain Management' and 'Strategic IT Portfolio Management'.
