I work as a facilitator, coach and trainer and help to design New Generation Work. This consist of 8 topics: Smart Interviewing, Smart Advising, Smart Collaboration, Job Repair & Job Crafting, Team Crafting, Non-hierarchic leadership, Smart Meetings and Co-creation. I am the author of the books 'Slim interviewen' and 'JobRepair'. The card sets: 'Attitude in a Box' to quickly assess one's attitudes and 'Jobcrafting game' to find your best way to repair your job! I designed the CACTUS canvas to structure every job interview, eliminate bias and noise and make it practical in the context of hiring, performance and career coaching. I developed the Attitude Based Interview to assess peoples attitudes with a standard set of 6 questions to measure 14 attitudes. I teach or coach independent interviewers or corporate recruiters to become certified in this 'Hire for Attitude' method. I design online self-study modules, webinars and podcasts. I write for MT, Werf& and Wolters Kluwer. I innovate by looking at future trends with a pragmatic mind to make them into actionable steps. Organisations hire me to improve their job interviews, conversations about work, team collaboration and organisation development. Using often actors in simulations to practice these skills.
