My team and I are passionate about assisting family business owners whose desire is to build a business legacy brand that continues for many generations, create a compelling and inspiring process for staff and successors to follow. We achieve our objective by getting clear on the business’ marketplace purpose; sustainable values, compelling vision and performance strategy; ensuring leadership are aligned on values and their willingness to demonstrate it daily. We then look at their product and service strategy to ensure that they support/serve the corporate mission. We then interview each employee as well as family members of the owners to ascertain their level of commitment to the vision, values and mission of the organization. If they are a good fit for the organization, we assess them to know the right position they should occupy. We then inspire them to improve the quality of their personal and professional performance.
