Visiting Research Fellow

North Carolina State University

I worked under the supervision of Prof. Harry Perros on a topic related to &quot;Connection Setup Management in wavelength-routed WDM Optical Networks&quot;. This collaboration resulted in the publication of a journal paper entitled &quot;Deadline-based Connection Setup in Wavelength-routed WDM Networks&quot;. The said paper was published in the Elsevier Journal of Computer Networks.

With 18+ years of experience in academia, I have had the privilege of shaping the next generation of technologists, teaching a wide range of computer engineering courses. My passion lies at the intersection of education, research, and real-world innovation, where I blend deep technical expertise with a commitment to mentoring and lifelong learning.

From supervised/unsupervised machine learning (ML) to deep learning (DL), I have developed expertise through hands-on research and specialized training from Stanford University’s ML & DL programs. Additionally, I have guided and mentored award-winning software engineering projects, fostering innovation and problem-solving skills among students and professionals.
