I started my career in technology straight out of university, curious about how complex systems worked and eager to get my hands on the tools that kept big businesses running. In those early years, I was deep in the technical trenches, looking after enterprise systems, troubleshooting problems, and figuring out how to make platforms talk to each other. It was the perfect training ground not just for learning the nuts and bolts of technology, but for understanding how people rely on it to get their jobs done. That experience opened my eyes to something important: "the best technical solutions only matter if you can explain their value in a way that makes sense to the people who need them". That’s when I found my home in presales, a role that combines technical expertise, clear communication, and value selling. From my early days at Salesforce, through leading enterprise engagements at SAP, to working with innovative platforms like SugarCRM and Icertis, I have influenced more than £67M in enterprise SaaS ACV, partnering on multi-million-pound opportunities and guiding customers through complex buying decisions with clarity and confidence. In recent years, I have focused on future facing technologies including AI-enhanced demonstrations, digital procurement transformation, and contract intelligence, delivering proof-of-concepts that help global organisations reimagine their processes. Most recently, I ventured into a new space with Shipbob, gaining deep exposure to B2B and D2C tech-enabled fulfilment and supply chain solutions, and applying my presales expertise to a fast-moving, high-growth market. Along the way, I have coached presales professionals, improved team efficiency, and built trusted advisor relationships at every level from developers to the C-suite. Today, my passion lies in combining technology, storytelling, and collaboration to help customers see not just what is possible but what is achievable. For me, presales is not just a role it is the intersection of innovation, influence, and genuine partnership.
