As a Technology Strategist, my duties and accomplishments included but were not limited to:

–  I work as the account CTO to orchestrate digital transformation efforts for our government
customers, which consists of the Top 11 Gov Bureaus, consisting of 100+ accounts. My key mission is to understand customer priorities, desired outcomes and orchestrate resources to achieve or challenge the customer’s digital journey.
–  Proven accumulated broad knowledge of Microsoft’s enterprise technology platform (inc. Azure, Modern Workplace, Business Applications) to map to customer business needs and priorities, resulting in a 35% YoY growth in Government Cloud Adoption.
–  Orchestrated collaboration and sell-with our partner and ISV ecosystem, where Go-to-Market programs helps drive cloud initiatives amongst our government customers, given the broad and conservative nature of HKSAR government.
–  Key Partnerships and Projects include HKSTP’s Data Integration Gateway, Remote Work for Inland Revenue Department and Citizen Facing Initiatives across different government departments.

Account Technology Strategist, Public Sector Group

Solution Specialist (SSP) for Data Platform and AI working with our Enterprise customers in Hong Kong on digitalization, including but not limited to IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Data Analytics.

As a Data & AI Solution Specialist, my duties and accomplishments included but were not limited to:

–  Led and orchestrated a team of technical architects, partners, and consulting resources to advance data projects within key customers and achieved quarterly SQL Server and Azure Data Services budget of 100% YoY for 3 consecutive years.
–  Trusted advisor on Data & AI to our most important customers (40 Major Accounts across Enterprise & Public Sector); Helping customers take advantage of our unique hybrid data platform to realise the value of digital transformation.
–  Engaged deeply with our customers to identify new engagements that align with the customer’s business strategy, whilst channeling field feedback to our Product Marketing Teams on Go-To-Market strategies
–  Led presentations and solution demonstrations to explain and prove the capabilities of Microsoft's Data & AI solutions, and how we can make their businesses more successful.
–  Key Data Project landings include Customer Data Platform, Modern Cloud Data Warehousing, Application/Database Migrations, Oracle/Hadoop Replacements and AI/ML forecasting projects

– Managed a portfolio of 65 clients, which includes managing clients’ end-to-end implementation of services throughout their customer life cycle with Meltwater
– Consistently engaged with C-Level Executives and Directors to drive stronger value propositions for their customised media intelligence needs, whilst driving for early renewals, potential up-sells or cross-sells.
– Independently prospected, pitched and brought in new businesses into using Meltwater’s services, whilst spearheading stronger partnerships with existing clients

As a Client Success Intern (June - Aug 2016), my duties and accomplishments included but were not limited to: 

– Learnt and executed the Meltwater Sales Methodology; experiencing the full tech sales cycle, whilst engaging with C-Level Executives, driving strong value propositions for their customised media intelligence needs 
– Independently prospected, pitched and closed 2 NGOs into using Meltwater’s services, whilst spearheading pro-bono partnerships
– Engaged in client meetings & trainings with C-Level Executives and Managers to ensure that they are well on-boarded and that value is maximised, whilst driving for early renewals, potential up-sells or cross-sells 
– Proactively assisted 3 Account Managers with clients’ queries, providing end-to-end support for 21 clients namely AXA, Peninsula, etc.

– Conducted intensive market research and proposed several recommendations to curate startups through the expertise of Deloitte. Recommendations include strategies to boost social media presence and possible collaboration strategies for social startups 
– Build and solidify relationships with organisations in consulting and social service (such as Deloitte, HKUST Entrepreneurship Center and HKUST Connect)
– Maintain relationships and regularly communicate with existing sponsors and partners.

As a Sr. Commercial Account Executive at Databricks, I cover the Hong Kong non-FSI customers across various industries, such as retail, utility, and media. I partner with them to understand their business pain points, identify the best technologies and solutions, and ensure they achieve the maximum value from their data investments. I also co-host a podcast called 'Talk Lah', where I explore the perspectives and life journeys of successful millennials in their fields of work, and share insights and lessons on how to transition into adulthood. I believe in building mutual strategic partnerships, delivering exceptional customer service, and empowering others with data and AI.
