My professional experience is a unique blend of industries and roles that add substantial value to the companies I work with. Over the last 25+ years, I built a successful career across management consulting, executive coaching, sales & marketing, and executive search at MNCs and SMEs. Having had the opportunity to live and work in Brazil, New York, London, Hong Kong, and Singapore has given me a strong understanding of cultural subtleties and managing diverse and geographically distributed teams. I started my career in the automotive industry in sales and marketing for indirect channels, focused on the distributor network and corporate and government relations. It followed with a few years in financial services, where I was assigned to build a B2C sales team. After a short break to pursue an MBA in the UK, I joined a management consulting firm. I was then transferred to Hong Kong and later to Singapore to start our operations in the Asia region. In the meantime, we grew the firm from 30 to 300+ people. I am now engaged in a similar journey, supporting the stellar growth of inGen Dynamics – an AI & Robotics company. I am also a professional coach (PCC), certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Over the last decade, I worked in more than 40 countries and with more than 1,200 middle, senior and board member executives, supporting their professional development through coaching, mentoring, and development workshops. My areas of expertise are career strategy, career transition, and leadership development. I also enjoy supporting startups and NGOs, mentoring, coaching and guiding through their challenges.
