I design and implement personal data protection systems and provide broad support and advisory services in this area – for private entities (including large enterprises and corporate groups) as well as public administration. I consult on information security issues and the impact of business activities on individuals’ rights and freedoms. I support organizations with risk analysis and IT audits in the context of data protection and information security (ISO/IEC 27001). My areas of interest include, among others, multi-layered personal data protection (including processor audits and incident handling), the protection and use of medical data, as well as the social aspects of data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity.
