An AI Business Architect is someone who can translate a company's business challenges into artificial intelligence projects. The AI architect understands like no other the technological possibilities of AI and also maps out the (new) AI competency needs for the company. From these insights, the Business Architect can come up with new (feasible) AI cases for the organisation. Next, this person leads a team to bring a case to actual implementation. In doing so, the boundaries of legal and possible ethical or moral values are always checked.

The training program devotes time and attention to practical cases. In my role as coach & guest speaker I help the students develop their AI business idea into a full business plan and innovation trajectory.
