Wycliffe is originally from Uganda and has more than 15 years’ experience in coffee growing in Uganda, He graduated with law degree from the University of London , and has worked for Nestle and also at Nando’s as a manager - responsible for leading customer service and sales. Wycliffe is a founder of Sandfieldtravel - a purpose-led safari experience company aimed at using safari experiences to create a long-term positive impact to Ugandan communities. Wycliffe has initiated various community development projects in Uganda, such as the village schools’ feeding project which has enabled 700 young children to access school lunches who were previously unable to do so - translating into 14,000 free school meals each month. Until Covid-19, his other projects have directly impacted over 4000 people in different communities. Wycliffe’s core experience is in leading, managing and growing teams; customer service delivery strategy with big focus on business social impact.
