My natural sense of curiosity has turned me into a professional creative problem solver. I love figuring things out and getting satisfaction from seeing what I've done out in the world. Over the last 15+ years, I have led packaging and global visual identity design for McDonald's, Coca-Cola, Subway, Maker's Mark, Tillamook, and Beam-Suntory, among other high-profile companies. As an inclusive leader, I keep an open-door policy where team members can come to me with feelings and questions. I believe that questions and constructive criticism are best delivered verbally as it invites a 2-way conversation.
