Coldreach is what Shen sleeps with every day right now: It helps outbound sales teams generate pipelines efficiently, by customizing AI bots to do the legwork of account/prospect research and outreach personalization, so reps know exactly who to target and always sound relevant. Before Coldreach, Shen built another startup, EasyJobs. He led the product and growth motion from 0 to 20k MAU. EasyJobs helped students and early-stage professionals land job offers easier than ever with the help of AI. Outside of work, Shen is into card & board games, recently Texas Hold'em especially. He tries to avoid cash games though because he will go broke quickly due to the current status of his skills and bank account. He's good at FPS games though - He won several gold medals in PUBG Mobile and Crossfire.
