With a Master of Management in Analytics (MMA) from McGill University and a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) credential, I am a data scientist with a passion for risk management and business intelligence. I have multiple skills in data analysis, modeling, and visualization, using tools such as Python, R, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau. I have applied my data science skills in various projects and roles, such as a business risk analyst at Jarislowsky, Fraser Limited (JFL), where I participated in a review of FATCA/CRS records and a development of a policies and procedures library, and an academic consulting project for TD Bank, where I planned to build a neural network model to predict the future return and risk of S&P 500 stocks. I have also collected and designed data dashboards for Elna Medical's marketing and business development departments, using Power BI and third-party connectors. I am seeking a business analyst position in the banking and finance industry, where I can leverage my data science and risk management expertise to drive informed decision-making and enhance firm value.
