My name is pronounced "See-ma". It's a name my mother crafted with love from her Venezuelan background. My Mother and Abuela are both self-made entrepreneurs with intelligence and grit. They taught me to be grateful yet purposeful. It's my mission to embody their entrepreneurial gift. I use my experience within the staffing and recruiting space in a way that shows empathy yet empowers my clients to stay creative. I do this by asking all the necessary questions to understand their business and personal needs. I try and keep our conversations fun yet informative; often basing our discussions on LinkedIn insights, staffing industry knowledge, and personal anecdote. I do my research and challenge my clients to think differently, especially when they doubt a solution, so we can come to an agreement on what is best.
