As an experienced EA I was on top of what was occurring with my executive schedule and everything happening within our offices. At any given time, I knew what meeting he was attending, with whom, where and if any last minute reports were needed, while simultaneously making reservations for the next event or fundraiser also while managing other admin staff and ensuring the office was running smoothly. 

Which is why one would think, “Why change, why go into something different”. The feeling that “something is missing” and the need for growth, to stay connected with the new and to continue learning pushed me to do something I was scared to do for a long time but knew I was ready for.

With this new beginning and my past experiences I have started to find the “something” I was looking for and couldn’t have chosen a better place to start my journey.
