• Led creation of strategic AI solution from start to finish, aimed at increasing conversion on IBM.com. Designed and developed an industry leading conversational navigation solution to serve the unique needs of millions of yearly web visitors.

• Supported the delivery of chatbot solutions to clients that facilitated a pipeline of tens of millions of dollars in win revenue. Led or co-invented 10 patents in the chat and NLP space.

• Promoted technological leadership within the organization. Taught a series on AI research attended by over 400 IBM researchers and data scientists, which was later produced as promotional content.

• Established a collaboration with the IBM AI & Language Research Lab in Haifa. Formed personal relationships across the globe. Launched a project to reduce data labeling costs by leveraging our industry knowledge and their technological expertise.
