I draft, review, and negotiate multimillion-dollar commercial contracts (up to $100M+) for services and supplies. I’ve been recognized by C-suite teams for my tenacity in making sure deals get closed in ways that meet the needs of all parties involved. 

On each project, I look for creative ways to combine and interpret US, French, and EU law. This leads to novel arguments that mitigate risk and ensure deals are enforceable in multiple jurisdictions. I also worked on numerous US federal law matters, including trade certifications and solicitations.

Contracts Counsel

Working in both French and English, I handled breach of contract claims for international sales agreements and drafted contracts regarding broad range of business matters. I also worked on trademark and intellectual property law matters that spanned national borders. A few noteworthy examples of how I helped my clients include:
-	Secured condemnation of a supplier who refused to take delivery of $500K worth of inventory.  
-	Achieved cancellation of trademark “I love Paris” by Courts in Paris.

Founding Partner

Embassy of Israel in Paris

During my tenure with the Embassy I was assigned to 2 different legal assistance units. With one unit, I helped the diplomat charged with managing embassy renovations after a fire. With the other unit, I assisted in the acquisition and liquidation of estate donations and legacies given to the State of Israel.

In-House Counsel

Results-driven and expert in commercial international law with a focus on the aerospace industry, I am responsible for providing pragmatic and strategic legal guidance, overseeing global legal operations, and managing all legal affairs to support FDH’s business objectives.

My ability to expertly navigate global commerce comes from living, working, and learning in 3 different countries (on 3 different continents!). I’m certified to practice law in France, Israel, and the US. I’m also fluent in 3 languages (English, French, and Hebrew), which makes it easier to communicate with attorneys and business professionals from different linguistic and cultural backgrounds.

I apply my skills with passion to find innovative solutions to complex legal issues, drive profitability and risk management as VP, General Counsel member of the Executive Leadership Team at FDH.
