Sourced and interviewed candidates globally through online channels (Angel.co, LinkedIn, GitHub, StackSocial, UVRX). Crowd sourced potential candidates.  Maintained social media and professional networks to interact with potential candidates.  Planned interview and selection procedures. Created job postings and sent recruitment emails. Utilized a variety of recruiting channels to search for potential candidates. Developed database to pipeline current and future hires. Collaborated in hiring and evaluated technical needs by department and stage of a startup.
