Strategy & Experience

Airlift Technologies

•	Designed and launched the Help & Support Feature with sophisticated automation for validated refunds along with laying out the end-to-end complaint resolution mechanism for multiple passenger scenarios - while scaling from ≈ 8,000 customers/day to ≈ 30,000 customers/day, reducing total time of complaint resolution by 500% and reduced manpower requirements from 5 dedicated teammates to 0.  
•	Acting as a bridge between customers, drivers, growth and technology teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
•	Partnered with various different payment vendors to draw-out a customer friendly digital payments mechanism for Airlift Wallet
•	Laid out requirements for company-wide Customer Support Portal, escalation matrices for internal ticket management and resolution
•	Re-vamped user-flows for Customer App to reduce ambiguities and friction, partnering with UX specialists
•	Deep diving into customer feedback as well as driver feedback to identify pain points, draw out actionable insights, connect the dots to make product improvements partnering with product and technology teams. 
•	Introduced the Pilot NPS tool to gauge driver sentiment at scale and resolve problems in real-time to ensure smooth operations
