I have transitioned MNCs with a large user base to Solutions like Office 365 and Google Apps along with deploying IaaS and PaaS solutions for them. Having a strong Business understanding, lets me bridge the gap between customers requirements and the solutions best suited for their needs. This provides them with suitable solutions helping them minimize cost and maximize efficiency. Managing customer and vendor liaison helps me to stay updated with changing requirements and solution offerings in the market. I have created several Solution Documents, Videos and other guides to help my team stay updated with changing technologies. For many customers and end users, moving to the Cloud can be quite confusing and overwhelming. By frequently tapping into my presentation and public speaking skills, I help customers and their end users feel excited about the change and help them understand Cloud Technology better. I have provided insights on product logic, application UI/UX and helped scope the feature requirements for various mobile and web applications. I have also worked towards improving the usability of several applications and managing its development cycles.
